The main task of Technical support service is to offer guidance and advice for efficient work of BAZIS system modules at the enterprise. There are two variants of support service:
- warranty service – within a year since software purchase;
- post-warranty service – by separate agreement for technical support extension.
In both cases, technical support includes free delivery of new modifications of all system components.
